As 2011 is now upon us we are certainly focused on the year ahead, however, I did want to extend an appreciative thank you to our partners for the support provided to us in 2010. Heath XS was able to wrap up a good, solid year despite soft market pressures. I am of the belief that we are well poised for the years ahead. A major goal of ours is to be a strong, consistent, long-term player in the market segments we service. I am proud to know that we are one of a very few that has been able to sustain the test of time in a difficult market niche. We are extremely pleased that we have been able to hire an individual of Dave's caliber and believe he will be a considerable asset to the group as we look to forge ahead and increase our product offerings. Dave has operated in the wholesale E&S marketplace for many years and has established tremendous broker relationships in the Southeast. And although Dave will be targeting the Southeast region, he will also be supporting Heath XS efforts on a national scale.
